1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or placing an order on Surawe ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display colours and textures accurately; however, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Surawe reserves the right to cancel any order if a pricing error is identified.
3. Orders & Payment
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking via our secure payment gateway. All payment information is encrypted and processed by our payment partner; Surawe does not store card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We offer pan-India shipping. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days; express delivery options may be available at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or logistics delays. Surawe is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@surawe.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and customised orders are non-returnable.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Surawe and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
7. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using this site you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surawe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to that claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
