1. Shipping Coverage
Surawe ships to all states and union territories across India. We currently do not offer international shipping. For remote or restricted pin codes, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
3. Delivery Timelines

4. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this threshold, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout. Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional handling fee of ₹50.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also track your order directly on our website by entering your order number on the Order Tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package will be held at the nearest courier facility for 5 days before being returned to us. In case of a returned shipment, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; additional shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@surawe.com with your order number and photographs of the damaged packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Undeliverable Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate, including the pin code and a reachable phone number. Surawe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of order placement.
